In an online survey conducted by one of the most prominent research company revails that the Apple has the highest retention rate among all smartphone producers. Although this may not come as a surprise to many of us.According to survey reports 89% of current iPhone owners confesses that they will again choose Apple for their next smartphone purchase although comparitively their is a slight drop from 95% in the March 2010 survey. It is closely followed by HTC with 39%.
RIM stands on third place and the good news for company is that its retention rate dropped from 62 percent in March 2010 to 33 percent on this survey. Samsung (28%) and Motorola (25%) rounded out the top five.
