Apple "iPhone 4S" over 200,000 AT&T pre-order in first 12 hour.

AT&T's stated that the iPhone 4S is regarded as best iPhone launch till date, receiving over 200,000 pre-orders for the device during the first 12 hours of availability. That's good news for Ma Bell, as of today, customers will have to wait for two to three weeks after placing an order for this latest iPhone. We've yet to hear how the other two telecoms Sprint and Verizon have fared, but we'd imagine it won't be a secret for too long -- the iPhone 4S is officially available on October 14th. Customers who are interested in ordering an iPhone 4S from the Apple Online Store can still order, but the shipments are said to arrive in 1-2 weeks.
