Apple won the battle against Samsung in Australia, no Galaxy tabs in Australia now.

Among the battle of titans Samsung and Apple, Apple drew first blood as the case filed down under has had some of the most action. A week ago, Apple simply rejected to the Samsung's attempt to settle the suit. They might be happy today, because the Federal Court in Australia granted Apple's injunction barring the Galaxy Tab 10.1 from appearing in Australian stores. This means that Samsung Galaxy tab will not be there for sale legally in Australia unless it can convince the court that its tablet doesn't violate Apple's patents at trial. Apple had the first hand, now let us see what Samsung's reaction will be?
