Windows phone comes to India officialy as Microsoft makes it easy to complete with Windows Phone Marketplace, voice recognition support, and a trio of Mango devices. This includes just the HTC Radar, which will be available at the price of $490. On the other hand, the Samsung Omnia W and Acer Allegro are about to follow sometime in November. Of these 3, the Allegro is said to be the cheapest of the lot. Sources confirmed that it will be available in Europe for something around $400.
