Better Business Bureau conducted survey which says AT&T stands at a good spot as AT&T apparently has the least complaints out of all of the various cell phone service providers. At smaller level, regional carrier Metro PC actually had the lowest number but they don't serve so many people. Verizon holds the second best among the major carriers in the US. Sprint and T-Mobile couldn't make most as they have lots of complaints over the last few years. Study also shows that 90% of complaints last year to BBB were actually resolved.
