If you were expecting for an update in your Epic 4G Gingerbread then your wait is over as Sprint has just confirmed that Android 2.3 will be rolling out to those handsets, making an upgrade to the Google OS. Other changes include Sprint Airave notifications when answering a call, Bluetooth headset sound improvements. The software version will be shown as S:D700.0.5S.EI22, this will implemented within next ten days. Hope the changes you were expecting will be there.
