We all know about the dramatic legal fight between Oracle's damage claim against Google claiming rights over Java patents , but the amount which they demanded was that much high that not only google but also Judge William Alsup did not paid any attention to it and at last an unexpected thing happened as.the company which was demanding for whopping $6.1 billion, but eventually lowered down to $2.6 billion but last judge suggested $100 million as starting point for a settlement and sent Oracle back to drawing room. As per our source Oracle officially amended its complaint, and now now asking for only $2 billion. Judge Alsup has grown noticeably more impatient with both sides as the suit has progressed towards trial, which is still scheduled for October.
