Samsung Drags Apple in Dutch courts asking to ban iPad, iPhone sales

This whole thing seems like a biggest cat fight between two electronic giant and what they are using as their weapon against each other is patent issue. We all know what Apple did to Samsung in Austrailia and now Samsung is hitting back against Apple in the Netherlands, asking for prohibition of at Apple's  iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPad and iPad 2, claiming that the products voilates on 3G patents held by the electronics giant Samsung. If Samsung wins Apple will be banned selling the products into the country and would need to ship back its products from Dutch retail stores.
